The Elopement
One-hour, No Setup, Standing Ceremony Only
- $100 weekday flat fee*
- $150 weekend flat fee*

- One hour rental of the space that includes:
- Choice of ceremony space (Courtyard, January 8th Memorial, Dillinger Courtroom)
- Please note that the Courthouse may be open to the public during these ceremonies.
- No set up, standing ceremony only

The Colonnade
Ceremony Only, Four-hour Courtyard Rental
- 48 people or fewer $580
- 149 people or fewer – $950
- 150 people or more (up to 350) – $1,300

The Mosaic
Eight-Hour Ceremony + Reception
- 149 people or fewer – $3,130
- 150 people or more (up to 350) – $3,570
- 8-hour Courtyard rental

- Warming Kitchen
- Turquoise Room
- Great for storage, getting ready room, etc.
- 10 high top tables + linens
- Five 6’ banquet tables + linens
- One 8′ banquet table + linen
- Restrooms available on first floor
- 12 outdoor steel tables (optional)
- 48 outdoor chairs (optional)
The Dome
Twelve-hour Ceremony + Reception
- 149 people or fewer – $4,530
- 150 people or more (up to 350) – $4,990
- 12-hour Courtyard rental
- Venue Coordination
- Warming Kitchen
- Turquoise Room
- Great for storage, getting ready room, etc.
- 10 high top tables + linens
- Five 6’ banquet tables + linens
- One 8′ banquet table + linen

Additional Package Notes
We do not charge service fees. Staff and maintenance fees are included in rental price.

All Other Packages
Please note that rental time does include set up & tear down**
**Please note that we cannot hold or store items prior to the beginning of your rental time. All items must be taken with you at the end of your rental time. All vendors must arrive within your rental window for both set up and tear down.
Serving Liquor
Due to the Historic Courthouse’s Series 5 Government Liquor License, if liquor will be served, the services of a licensed and insured bartending company who purchases alcohol MUST be contracted.

Tours
Tours of the spaces are available. Please inquire with the Events Team to schedule.
Rehearsals
You have up to one courtesy hour for your ceremony rehearsal. Please limit rehearsal to your wedding party and family. Rehearsal must be scheduled with the Events Team no less than 10 days prior to your desired time slot.

- Clients have the option to extend parking operations later than normal operating hours at the El Presidio Garage.
- Clients may also choose to pay for guest’s parking.
- Parking will be charged as a separate invoice from the Parking Garage Operations office after your event.
